Fundraiser
Benefit: Provide opportunities for Senior Cadets to earn money towards their Senior year expenses (graduation, prom ticket (up to 2), yearbook, etc) at DMA.
Minimally to be eligible for any money Cadets MUST sell 30 raffle tickets; upon Cadet selling all 30 tickets they will share in the general funds raised.
How it will work: Participation is optional, however cadets not participating may not be entitled to have any funds applied to their senior year costs.
Fundraising events will be offered between June 14, 2010 and April 2011. Senior cadets will be permitted to take part in fundraising events such as car washes, handing out flyers for restaurant night, candy sales, raffle, bowling night by signing up when an event is offered.
Sign ups will be coordinated by Gunner Bahr while school is in session. Summer signs up will be via email at DMAClass2011@gmail.com (subject line: Sign up for XXX event).
The funds will be credited to an account for the Cadet up to the maximum amount determined by DMA.
Funds rasied from Save Around Delaware coupon books, car washes and candy sales will be applied to the individual Cadets taking part in the event.
There will be some events (% kick-back from restaurant night, bus events, bowling night, ice skating and others to be determined) that will be applied to the general fund for the Class of 2011 to be shared by those who sell the minimum raffle tickets.
