EVENT: GIRL SCOUT COOKIE DISTRIBUTION

LOCATION: CRANSTON HEIGHTS FIRE HALL
TIME: 0900 – 1900 (9:00 AM TO 7:00 PM) 3 HOUR SHIFTS
UNIFORM: DMA PT GEAR
REQUIREMENT: SORTING COOKIE ORDERS AND ASSISTING WITH CAR LOADING

The following are the procedures to follow to report community service hours performed:
- The preferred method is to get an official letter from the organization where you performed the service. The letter should be signed by an official of that organization. The letter needs to have the date and hours performed on it.
- Also totally acceptable is for a cadet’s parent to write a short letter to the Senior Naval Science Instructor explaining the event and signing the paper with a date and hours.
