Cadets have been given their new HAC Login ID’s and Passwords. The system has been tested and is working as it should. Make sure you get this new information from your cadet, and be sure to save it somewhere safe, since security of your cadet’s grades is at stake.
If you have problems with these passwords or if your cadet loses his/her document containing this information, please contact the Delaware Military Academy office and another document will be distributed to your cadet. No passwords will be given over the telephone for security purposes.

Here are the instructions for Delaware Military Academy parents and cadets to access their grades online: Go to Website: https://hac.doe.k12.de.us
Select: School District from drop-down list (Delaware Military Academy)
Key in User Name: Cadet’s ID #
Password: DELAWARE (all caps)
A list of all cadet’s courses will be listed on the right. Clicking on each one will give the details of that course.
Click: Classwork Tab (at top of Window) to see list of all classes
Click: Dropdown Arrow (next to All Classes text box)
Select: Name of class to view
Click: Refresh View button at right of the same line
All assignments and grades for that course will be listed.
IMPORTANT! If a due date has arrived and the teacher has decided in his/her grade book setup that empty cells average as ZEROES, then the grade parents see will change once the work is graded. Most are deciding to leave empty cells DO NOT average as zeroes. This way, once an assignment is due and is graded, teachers will indicate the grade or a zero if the assignment was not handed in! Teachers will communicate with parents on their Schoolnotes account how they have set up their grade books.
