College Application Week 2016
DMA is a proud participant in the Delaware College Application Month program.
This is our fourth year of participation and we look forward to helping the Class
of 2017 reach their goal of attending college. Our goal is to help each cadet in
the senior class to develop a plan for after high school - this may be a 4 year, 2
year, apprenticeship, military or trade program. The goal is everyone has a plan
that is right for them.
This page is full of information and resources to help seniors and their parents
to navigate the college application process. As an added bonus, during College
Application Month, all Delaware schools will waive their application fee for
Delaware public high school students. Specific instructions will be provided
The College Application Week schedule will be added shortly.
What should you be doing to prepare for College Application Week?

Register for the SAT or ACT (if needed)
Create a common application login (if you are applying to a school that
uses the common app)
Collect all the information you will need in the application process (Social

October 17th- 21st. This program is designed for two purposes:
To create a college going culture in the school. We are a college preparatory school and our
intent is that all cadets graduate prepared to enter a post-secondary program. This program
will help cadets at all grades to become aware of different college options and encourage
them to think about college as a future option.
To assist all our senior cadets with the application and financial aid process.
If you would like to come and

experience with our juniors ,
